Here is my first episode of my new series, Yenta Talk.

For those wondering, a Yenta is a Yiddish slang word for a woman who a gossip or busybody. I thought it might be good to gossip about Jewish culture this way and help you understand what it does mean to be Jewish.

Anyway I made the decision to begin permanently wrapping my hair due to modesty reasons a few months ago, and I want you guys to be part of my new journey and show some styles I’ve been wearing of late.

Obviously guys I am aware that there is targeting for wrapping and also cultural misappropriation, but since I began to wrap, my self confidence has skyrocketed since I’ve been wearing them and I am now someone who actually enjoys shopping for more “feminine” clothes.

Considering I battle with mental and auto immune illnesses, this is a huge win for me and obviously I’m proud to show you this new found reason to belong, whilst I search for my own meaning.
